SUMMARY
Year X of the Reiwa era. A landslide disrupts the Mariana Trench, the deepest part of the earth's crust, and causes a terrible tsunami that devastates Japan. The young Sakimori Kanoe then finds herself trapped under the debris of her own house, her legs broken, with no escape. She is rescued by the Japanese Self-Defense Forces (the FJA), it is the trigger for her: she too will become a soldier capable of saving lives.
But what looks like a simple natural disaster will in reality upset the tranquility of humanity... Four years later, a sea monster is seen near the pit, it is gigantic, destructive, merciless: it is a kaijû. A merciless struggle then begins for the FJA who try to repel these terrible invading monsters. In their ranks, Sakimori could well become the heroine the world needs to escape from this nightmare...
