Oceanos

In Oceanos, play as an Expedition Captain and dive into the ocean floor aboard your submarine. Collect amazing animal species, discover the largest coral reef and harvest unsuspected treasures with the help of your divers. Don't forget to upgrade your submarine during your trip if you want to bring all your finds to the surface, and, above all, watch out for the Kraken!

Océanos is the ideal family game to learn about drafting and strategy, all in an idyllic maritime setting and superbly illustrated by Jérémy Fleury.

Throughout the game, each player constitutes his underwater expedition by placing his Exploration cards side by side, on three superimposed lines (one line per round), in front of him. Each turn, an Expedition Captain distributes Expedition cards to other players who choose to keep one before returning the others to the Captain.

Among these cards, you will need to accumulate crystals to hope to be able to improve your submarine in the bases provided for this purpose. Then cover more distance with a more powerful engine, enlarge your diving hatch to accommodate more divers and collect more treasure. You can boost your thrusters to earn more points at the end of the round or also collect more fish in a larger aquarium.

The more animal species, treasures or corals you encounter, the more you will increase your chances of accumulating victory points.
