Vulture

With a wingspan of up to 2.65 m and 11 kg, the vulture is one of the largest birds of prey in France! Its long wings cut into the shape of fingers at the ends make it look great in mid-flight. We recognize it by the color of its plumage which can range from brown to cream, its long neck and its small head covered with fine white down. The vulture's diet will play an important ecological role and helps prevent the transmission of diseases.
