Battlestar Raptor

Battlestar Galactica's Raptors were the equivalent of helicopters and were used for reconnaissance and transport missions. They were capable of traveling faster than light and penetrating the surface of a planet. The ship was to be built as a full-scale model and was therefore designed in the art department by Ken Rabehl. As it was built, it became larger and more robust so that it could accommodate five people and be taken on site.

This Die-cast model from the Eaglemoss company measures a little less than 9" and comes in a box in which there is a booklet containing lots of information on the TV series as well as the spaceship.
