Following the advice of Ranni the witch, whom he found in Caelid, Nameless, the Shiny One, heads towards his new destination: the lakes of Liurnia. His goal now is to seize the major rune that is said to be in the famous academy of Raya Lucaria. He first undertakes to learn magic from the sorcerer Thops, and while he strives to answer the request of the mysterious Rya, his path crosses again that of Freedman Pat.

In order to enter the academy, Nameless will have to team up with him to face Smarag, the shardstone dragon... During this desperate battle, our hero will finally deploy his true potential! Will he succeed in achieving his goal and entering Raya Lucaria's academy?
