The Thing is a game that mixes different mechanics to create an experience as faithful as possible to that of the original film.

It is a hidden role-playing game, in which one player is initially the Thing and the other players are humans. The Thing's goal is to infect others, prevent survivors from escaping the base (which can happen in three different ways), or try to escape with them by behaving like a human.

In addition to these items, players must also manage Outpost 31. On the map are the same rooms seen in the movie, and each of these rooms allows players to perform a different action. Human players must feed themselves and keep the boiler and generator running to avoid ending up in the cold and darkness. The Thing will try to sabotage these places to make life difficult for humans... or not, trying to camouflage itself among humans and infect them when the perfect opportunity presents itself.

The promise of a game rich in emotions and where paranoia is at its peak! An experience as faithful as possible to that of the original film!
