The Ford T is both an iconic car and a major change in the history of the entire industry.

In 1908, the year the Ford T was created, following a visit to a Chicago slaughterhouse where the animals paraded on conveyor belts, leaving each employee with a fixed position for optimal efficiency, William C. Klahn and Henry Ford decided to do the same for the car. Each employee will therefore do the same task and will no longer necessarily have to come and get the parts to be assembled, they will come to them: this is the start of assembly line assembly.
Although from a human point of view, the concept is now being called into question, its effectiveness was formidable since in 1922, Ford managed to release one million Ford Ts per year. Two years later, in 1924, the ten millionth Ford T was released. In 1927, five million were added to the counter and the Ford T was replaced by the Ford A.
