On July 21, 1969, the whole world was shaken by a step... A very small step, at least for man. This tiny step turned out to be a giant leap for humanity since it was that of Neil Armstrong, the first man to set foot on the Moon.
Fifteen years ago, a journalist, his dog and a drunken sailor had already achieved this feat. It is of course Tintin, Haddock and Snowy in the Diptych Objectif Lune/On a marche sur la lune, a diptych which will also be the last in the series. Extensively documented, although the huge orange jumpsuits make us smile a little today, these volumes demonstrate Hergé's sense of detail, whether on scientific information, the geopolitical context or even vehicles.
If the rocket is iconic to the point that a replica of the rocket took off in 1991, we often forget the blue jeep which occupies at least that much space if not no longer on the cover.
In resin and plastic, this 1/24 scale vehicle will be delivered to you with a decoration printed on the case for more realism.
